Adventures in AI

This experiment takes a series of paintings I made several years ago and applies AI generated animation. Images of the paintings were uploaded to Vidu, and a prompt typed into the AI generator (I used “squawk” for the first one). Using AI feels fraught with all kinds of ethical quandaries, and yet it is also undeniably a tool that is here in our world, probably to stay. I’m taking a stab at using it thoughtfully on my creations.
